McCarthy Cars pairs up with feefo giving you the customer the assurance you need

McCarthy Cars has signed up to Feefo's customer feedback system and as such, is believed to be the first car showroom in the country to allow all its customers to leave genuine feedback about their experience.

Using Feefo, McCarthy Cars will be proactively inviting every customer to leave feedback on their experience with the showroom and due to Feefo's customer promise, each and every review will be posted without modification (except for profanities), so that existing and new customers know the responses are genuine, without being manipulated in any way.

Company founder Jim McCarthy has been selling cars to thousands of happy customers since 1973 and puts the success of the company largely down to their amazing service. His family business has now extended to two other sites and is run by his three sons, all of whom are dedicated to listening to their customers' needs.

James said "To sell cars for as long as we have, you have to get it right each time you make a sale, otherwise people won't come back. We think we do a pretty good job in customer service and that's why we're prepared to let our customers do the talking and tell others how they feel."

However, he continues "What's more, if we get it wrong then we want to hear about it and have the opportunity to put it right. Perhaps showing people that we care, even when we do get things wrong will show them that we mean what we say about our focus on customer service."
